Return policy
KenRi’s I.T Services will accept any returns/exchanges on brand new items, within 10 days of purchase.
KenRi’s I.T Services will NOT accept any item for return or exchange without an original KenRi’s I.T Services receipt/invoice. No exceptions.
Items for return or exchange must meet the following criteria.

Packaging must be in original condition. Items must be unused.
Items must not be damaged and should be in saleable condition

All returned items will incur a re-stocking fee of 15% of the cost of the item.
